Founded and incorporated in 1999, Jaeger Homes has established itself as one of Houston’s most reputable builder of estate homes and luxury courtyard homes.  Combined, Larry and Chris Jaeger have more than 75 years of homebuilding experience.  Starting in Kingwood building upper end estate homes, they expanded their expertise to luxury courtyard homes in 2007.  In 2011, they extended this program to Towne Lake in Northwest Houston and in 2016 to Grand Central Park, North of The Woodlands.  Vision, attention to detail, and careful selection of suppliers and contractors have made Jaeger Homes one of Houston’s leaders in creating high quality and high value luxury homes.  

As a good builder adds value and expertise in the construction of a home, a talented designer adds value and expertise in its initial design.  Larry has worked with the architectural firm of Gary/Ragsdale and Associates for 30 years to produce plans that have been distinguished with over 25 local and national awards for excellence in interior and exterior home design.  Classic exteriors with distinctive curb appeal coupled with unique floor plans for  today’s lifestyle needs are the attributes that add timeless value to a Jaeger home.  Interiors are noticeably open with dramatic window views to outside amenities.  Large closets and storage areas and carefully designed and crafted interior trim details are features expected in today’s luxury homes.

Superior customer satisfaction during and after construction has always been important to Jaeger Homes.  Because of their restricted number of communities Larry, Chris, and Darren Hall are able to closely monitor the construction and finish of their homes and the needs of their clients.  Maintaining an uncompromising approach to construction and warranty service is a core value of the company.  In addtiiona, each home includes a written transferrable ten-year warranty policy against structural defects.

How We Work

Jaeger Homes knows that building in recognized quality master planned communities is a key requirement to establishing ultimate and lasting high home value.  Jaeger Homes is proud to be a part of excellent Houston communities and our goal is to set the example for outstanding designs and quality homes within them.

The purchase process starts with homebuyer contact with our designated sales consultant in each community.  Early on Chris is brought into contact with the buyers to determine their needs in home size and design.  That information is relayed to the design firm for preliminary floor plan and elevation revision and/or development.  This is an iterative process that results in a realistic estimate of home price prior to completion of working drawings and final pricing.

Once a contract is signed, we secure a building permit and obtain developer architectural approval.  Prior to construction, buyers meet with the Operations Manager to outline a schedule of home selections.  During construction, many interactions occur with Chris to assist in details.  Our goal is to offer our expertise in assisting the buyers so that each home ends up even better than imagined.  This is accomplished through attention to detail for which we base our reputation.

Change orders usually are common, and unlike most competitors, Jaeger Homes' prices are figured commensurate with prices had they been in the original contract.
